Topping:

Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp.

Bananas - 2 pcs.

Dates pitted - 5 pieces

Sunflower seeds - 1 tbsp.

Preparation:

1. Mix all ingredients for the base in a blender.

2. Form a cake in a baking pan and send it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

3. Connect all necessary ingredients for poppy stuffing.

4. Remove the form with layer from the freezer.

5. Place poppy stuffing on top of cake, level the surface and send it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

6. Mix all ingredients for the filling in a blender.

7. Remove cake from the freezer and place filling on top of the first and second layers.

8. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.

9. Prepare the topping: for this connect all the necessary products, except sunflower seeds.

10. Remove cake from the freezer and smooth topping on top of all layers of cake, sprinkle with sunflower seeds, garnish with slices of banana and strawberries.

11. Place in the refrigerator until complete solidification.

12. For 30 minutes before serving, remove the cake from the refrigerator.
